Workaround: Reschedule the jobs after the BlackBerry Administration Service services restart.

shut down, you cannot log in to the BlackBerry Administration Service, BlackBerry MDS Application Console, or BlackBerry

In an environment that includes multiple BlackBerry MDS Connection Service instances, when activating a BlackBerry device,

when the user clicks "More" to view data that is displayed on multiple pages, data might not be returned and an "invalid request

In certain circumstances, when users use a BlackBerry® device to send email messages that contain HTML and rich content, the

After a primary BlackBerry® Enterprise Server fails over to a standby BlackBerry Enterprise Server and then becomes the primary
BlackBerry Enterprise Server again, the BlackBerry Messaging Agent no longer monitors started threads for hung threads.

Workaround: View the log files to determine if a hung thread has occurred and restart the BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
When the BlackBerry Enterprise Server sends a new key to a BlackBerry device, or a BlackBerry device is reactivated, the Activation
status does not update correctly in the BlackBerry Administration Service. (356607)
In an environment that includes Microsoft® Exchange 2007 and Microsoft® Outlook®, if a user resends a sent email message
that was created in Microsoft Outlook, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server does not synchronize the resent message on the BlackBerry

If a user resends a sent message from Microsoft Outlook that the user created and sent from a BlackBerry device, the BlackBerry

If you change a user’s name in Microsoft® Active Directory® or if you reload a user, contact list lookups on the BlackBerry device

In certain circumstances, if a user performs a contact list lookup for one or more users that are assigned to a BlackBerry Enterprise
Server that is configured for hosted BlackBerry services using LDAP, the lookup might return no results. (SDR 302994)
